What to expect during your visit
Before you book, please keep in mind that I am not your average nail technician. I take my time in trying my very best to perfect your nails to my best ability. I like to focus on more extensive cuticle work using e-file bits. Depending on what service you decide to go with I can book your service anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours for Gel Manicure services. I don't suggest booking if you may be in a hurry to get out of the salon so, please plan accordingly.
In order to book with me I require a $20 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. You have 24 hours to send it in. If I do not receive anything within that time frame, your requested time slot will be released and open for anyone to take. I accept Cash App, Google Pay, Pay Pal, Venmo and Zelle. Please notify me of which form of payment you'd like to use and I will give you more information.

Once your deposit is received, any changes are to be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to rollover your deposit to your new date/time. It becomes very difficult for me to fill your spot if you decide to change your date and time last minute. Any changes made less than 24 hours will result in forfeiting your deposit and you will be required to pay another deposit to book another date and time.
NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY
No call or no shows result in automatic cancellation of your appointment and you will no longer be able to request another appointment with me.
Grace period policy
Please be on time as I will have other appointments after yours. All clients get a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. I do not suggest being late as every minute counts when it comes to my work. It's best to arrive on time or 5 minutes earlier max as I may be working on another client and don't want to rush them out of the door.
